Growing Together: A Young and Practical Company Culture

My name is Lily. I am a fresh university graduate, and this is my first official job after graduation.

I have some basic experience in international trade, but I am still at the beginning of my career journey.

As a Gen Z employee, I joined a company that is trying to become younger and give more opportunities to the next generation. We believe young people should have the chance to learn, grow, and take on more responsibilities.

Sometimes, my job requires me to work in the warehouse, helping customers check and organize their products. At first, I thought it might be challenging, but surprisingly, I really enjoy these moments.

Standing in the warehouse, checking products one by one, gives me a sense of calm. It reminds me of how our parents and grandparents worked with the land — doing practical work with patience and care.
I believe every career has its own starting point. For me, this is not just a job; it is a valuable beginning where I can learn about products, customers, and the real world of international trade.

I’m excited to grow step by step and build my future from here.

Quacn | Building a More Sustainable China Logistics System

As a China consolidation warehouse, we handle a large number of cartons every day from different suppliers.

Instead of wasting these packaging materials, we follow an environmentally responsible approach by collecting and sorting used cartons and sending them to professional recycling facilities.

We believe that efficient supply chain management should also include responsible environmental practices. By recycling and reusing materials whenever possible, we aim to reduce waste and contribute to a more sustainable logistics process.
